Marine and Transportation

Our marine lawyers represent P & I Clubs, marine insurers, shipowners and freight forwarders in claims involving property loss and personal injury, as well as in coverage disputes and policy interpretation.

 

We represent our clients in the courts of Ontario and Quebec and in the Federal Court of Canada. We also act in commercial matters in the marine context, such as the purchase and sale of ships and the drafting of charterparties.
